Resort Scout act as a booking agent on behalf of all hotels, apartments and villas featured on this website and your contract will be made with these accommodation providers and not Resort Scout
Please read the booking terms and conditions carefully, they apply to all bookings made with Resort Scout and each individual member of your party.
When you book any type of accommodation either via the internet or telephone, your booking is confirmed immediately and it is at this time a binding contract. An email confirmation of your booking will also be sent to you once full payment has been taken.
The contract is subject to these booking terms and conditions, all booking conditions will apply to each and every booking made with Resort Scout
Once the contract is made, it is the accommodation providers' responsibility to provide you with what you have booked and it is your responsibility to make sure all payments for the accommodation has been paid in full before you travel.
All relevant documentation will be sent to you via email, it is important that you check carefully all the details of your booking once you receive it. Resort Scout will not be responsible for any information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
If you want to cancel or amend your booking later, you may have to pay cancellation or amendment fees; guidelines for these fees are listed below, but can vary from different accommodation providers.
If your booking is more than 7 weeks away and the total amount is more than £150, you can pay the first night stay as a deposit (this applies only to bookings made by phone!). This deposit is non refundable. The balance is due 6 weeks before you travel, please note this must be paid before you travel or your booking will be cancelled.
Some times your booking may not confirm immediately online, if this happens you will be able to fill in a form with your request and when you would like us to contact you, and you will be contacted as per your request or at least within two working days by Lowcost Resorts. At this stage no payment will be taken and there is no binding contract in place. If we are unable to confirm your booking with the accommodation provider you will receive an email confirming this. If we are able to confirm your booking, you will be contacted and payment will be taken and your accommodation invoice and confirmation will be emailed to you.
Before traveling you should make sure you have sufficient travel insurance for your reservation.

All prices on www.lowcostresorts.net are inclusive of all local taxes so there is nothing to pay locally.
Prices on the website do change from time to time; prices can go up as well as down and you will be able to determine your up to date price for your chosen accommodation prior to confirming your booking online.
We guarantee that once you have made your booking, we will not increase the price of your accommodation – this includes any changes to VAT or Government Taxes.
Please note once you have agreed a price and made your booking this is the price you pay. If the price decreases, you are not entitled to the accommodation at the changed rate.
If you choose one of these special price holidays, During the stay at one of the resorts the participant shall be fully aware that a tour of the resort and its facilities together with a presentation of not less then 90 minutes duration is a condition of being offered the special reduced rate of accommodation on the resort. There is no obligation to purchase anything what so ever. For the sponsored Resort Scout holidays you must be between the ages of 30 and 69 years. Be married or living together more than 3 years. Be prepared like guests in all good hotels to give your credit card to reception at check in so the resort can take a credit card swipe as a security measure for possible damage to the luxury apartment during your stay.
By completing the application form the participants acknowledge that they have carefully read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them at all times, You must also promise Resort Scout you will try to have your best holiday ever because our team will really try to make sure you do, we also ask for you to report your comments re the hotel to Resort Scout after your holiday.
Resort Scout will not accept bookings from minors. You must be 18yrs of age or over and have legal capacity. NB For bookings made in the US, this age is 21 years old. Sponsored Holidays you must be a minimum of 28 years old.
Different hotels specify different maximum ages for passengers to be classed as children, though the most common maximum child age is 12. If you are travelling with children, you will be asked to enter the ages of the children travelling with you. The age(s) you enter must be the ages at the time of travel, up to and including the day of departure.
If you have any special requests that do not form part of the standard accommodation services as described in this website ( for example dietary needs, cots, room location, bed type) please let us know at the time of booking in the additional information space. We will pass on all such requests to the accommodation providers, but unfortunately these can not be guaranteed, these are purely requests. We will not contact you before you travel to inform you whether or not your requests are possible, you will find out upon your arrival at the accommodation. Furthermore if the accommodation provider is unable to meet such requests, neither we nor they can have any liability to you in this respect.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, written notification must be given to Resort Scout by the person named on the confirmation invoice. The date of the cancellation will be the date that Resort Scout receives this written notice. In the event of cancellation by you, the following cancellation charges will apply or such sum as is charged by the supplier, if greater:

NO REFUNDS are possible for booked services which are not used.
If, once the reservation has been confirmed by Resort Scout., if you wish to make any alterations to the reservation details e.g. change of name, date, services, duration etc. Resort Scout will do all it can to assist you. The person named on the confirmation invoice must send a written alteration request to Resort Scout at least 48 days before the departure date and it must be accompanied by a £20 administration fee per reservation. However, any alterations by you less than 48 days before the date of departure may be treated by Resort Scout. as a cancellation and so are subject to the cancellation charges referred to in paragraph 10 above.
Every effort is made to maintain arrangements as confirmed to you, however, as they are planned many months in advance changes may occur for reasons beyond our control.
The accommodation providers reserve the right to change your accommodation to an alternative of the same or superior standard within the same resort.
Occasionally the accommodation providers may have to offer alternative accommodation of a lower standard or within a different resort to the original accommodation booked; in these circumstances compensation may be offered to you by the accommodation providers.
When the accommodation providers are unable to confirm a suitable alternative, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and an email notification will be sent to inform you of the details.
Please note once you have left to take up your accommodation, you have no right to cancel your reservation.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if one or more of the order was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail/letter and re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
The number of nights stated in the price online refers to the number of nights the accommodation has been reserved for you. Some flights may be night flights; when you arrive in resort your accommodation will only be available if you have reserved it for that night.
As we are acting only as a booking agent we have no liability for any of the accommodation arrangements and in particular any liability for any illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, unless caused by our negligence. Any claim for damages for injury, illness or death arising from your stay in the accommodation, must be brought against the owner of the accommodation and will be under the jurisdiction of the law of the country in which the accommodation is based.
When you book accommodation through Resort Scout you accept responsibility for any damage to property or accommodation caused by you or a member of your party. The accommodation provider reserves the right to terminate (before or after departure) your holiday or that of any member of your party due to your or their misconduct, within their reasonable opinion. In these circumstances full cancellation charges will then apply and no refund will be given. Furthermore, the accommodation owner shall be under no obligation to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of your accommodation being terminated. You agree to indemnify us against any claims (including legal costs) made against us or on behalf of the owner of any such property or accommodation. Finally you are also liable to make a reimbursement to the accommodation provider for any damage caused, before you end your stay.
If you have a complaint while you are staying at the accommodation in question, you must inform the accommodation management immediately, in order to give them chance to resolve the problem. You may lose any right to compensation, if you fail to do so. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you should contact our office on 00 34 922 711 745 from the resort. We will act as an intermediary to try and rectify the problem. In the event that we are unable to do so and you wish to take the matter further, you must do so directly with the accommodation provider concerned.
It is only in the event that your problem is concerning Resort Scout that you must put your complaint in writing to our Customer Relations Department within 14 days of return of travel. If you submit your complaint to Resort Scout not later than 14 days of your return, it will not be accepted and the matter will not be investigated.
Once the Customer Relations Department receives your complaint they will acknowledge it via post and the matter will be investigated and you will receive a reply back in full within 28 days (please note 28 days starts from the date of the acknowledgment).
If you incur extra expenses and you feel these should be paid by Resort Scout, we will only consider any claims when full invoices or receipts for those expenses are produced, production of these invoices or receipts does not automatically mean we will pay those expenses.
